Thanks to everyone who attended WHD.global 2015, Rust, Germany!

LeaderTelecom participated in the WHD.global 2015 conference in Rust, Germany. We would like to express our thanks to the  organisers, partners and, especially,  to all the visitors to  our booth. We were delighted to  meet you and we hope that this meeting will be the start  of an effective cooperation. We spoke about the concept which became our motto in 2015. "SSL is fun!", we claimed, and we hoped that we could all share this enjoyment together.  Many people commented on our light and airy stand , and how welcoming it was for visitors.

Especially interesting was a discussion with Aleksei Ivanov. He discussed the issues of free and paid certificates and their future prospects. All participants shared his view that as well as in a hosting environment (there is  free and paid hosting), both types of certificate are important in helping to improve  the security market.  Many webmasters begin with a free certificate for their projects, and, once familiar with  their features,  and having realised the importance of data security, they switch over to using paid professional solutions which enable the name of the organisation to be displayed in an address line of the browser and a green address line. Independent studies have shown that this can lead to an increase in sales of up to 10-40%. 

We also met with our strategic partners Symantec and Comodo. Together with Symantec we organised a Prize Draw with a top prize of  a FitBit activity tracker wristband  - our congratulations to the winner Sarb from MxHost!

All visitors to our booth also had the  chance of winning  an iPhone 6+. The lucky winner to walk off with the device was Matthias from Interxion, so many congratulations to him!
